        Would put 0 but cant, went in earlier today (10/02/23) and theres parts of the ceiling falling, holes in the roof, water dripping, completely unsafe and unprofessional to have the store open, putting staff and customers in danger! Poor show Superdrug, step it up! I really hope all the staff working stay safe whilst your ceiling collapses around them as they are the most lovely people Ive met!

        The roof is leaking there are ceiling tiles falling and could easily hit a customer or staff the shop should be closed not a safe environment for customers or staff step up Superdrug something needs to be done

        Staff were brilliant as always, unfortunately the ceiling wasnt up to par. With bits missing and it leaking, not only is it an eye sore but a health hazard for customers and staff. Very disappointing :(
