        I had colour correction appointment with trainee Charlie farrell but she did strand test for bleach. When asked her abt colour correction she had no idea what a colour correction is and became very rude and offensive. And this is after consulting her abt the appointment prior. Such a big institute doesn't know the difference between color correction and hair bleaching. Very disappointed. Service: Hair coloring
