Aimee regularly does my hair which includes my colour/highlights as well as cutting/styling my hair. Always leave with my hair looking and feeling great! Mauge has cut my hair for over 15+ years and the best way to describe the five star rating is that the Mauge Style is a cutting edge colouring experience , super precision cut, hair that feels thoroughly regenerated and most importantly I always feel utterly fabulous and confident, more like me! My favourite hairdressers in Glasgow! I've been coming here for 2 years now and definitely recommend Mauge Style. The salon is lovely and bright and the staff are so friendly and welcoming making you feel at ease right away. Aimee has been doing my hair and I love that with each visit she's helped me become more creative and confident with my hair by going back to a bob but with an undercut and panels. She is amazing! This was my first time visiting the salon. My usual hairdresser is no longer doing hair, so I've been looking for a new stylist. I'd heard good things about Mauge Style. The price is a bit more than I usually pay but I was happy to spend the extra if it meant getting a good hair cut. The salon is in a lovely area, it is nice inside and pretty clean. The rest of my experience however, was massively disappointing for the price. The stylist seemed a bit oblivious and like she didn't want to be there. I wasn't asked about skin allergies or anything before shampooing or products were used. Which is customary in any hairdressers I've been to before. I asked for a trim, layers and my hair to be thinned. My hair was cut and thinned. However, there were no layers to be found. I didn't realise this until after we left and I had a better look at my hair. I wasn't asked how I would like it styled either, it was just straightened. In all honesty, I felt pretty uncomfortable the whole time my hair was being done. The haircut I received looked pretty similar to how I cut my hair during lockdown. It's not bad, maybe a little choppy and it's definitely not 65 worthy. I've noticed that the reviews on here are older. So I'm hoping that this is maybe a bit more informative that this salon is definitely not worth the price now. Service: Haircut
