Had my hair cut with wash and blowdry. Chris got rid of all of my split ends and my hair felt so soft and healthy when I left. Would definitely recommend!

I visited Regis on the 24th of April. I was a new guest at this hairdressers and I was greeted by Dawn. Dawn was exceptionally thoughtful and careful. She spent the time with myself to make sure my experience was personal, professional and comfortable. There was no rush at all to get the job done and she even guided me through the steps to achieve the specific look that I was going for so that I could accomplish this at home for myself. I booked an appointment on the Tuesday for the Saturday, my appointment was at 5pm which is the time I arrived to be told that I was late that my appointment was 16:45 but when I showed the 2 emails that both said 5pm she well their system said 16:45, I was then told to sit down and was asked what sort of blowdry did I want, I said a bouncy blow dry to be told that she didnt have enough time as I was late in which I responded my appointment was 5pm and wasnt contacted to say any different. So was told that she would dry my hair and that she only gets paid until 6pm and was in herself to she still had to cash up. So overall I wont be back and wouldnt recommend this hairdressers. Charged 25 for someone to dry my hair and not the way I wanted as there wasnt enough time. Service: Blowouts
