I attended the salon for a cut and blow dry. We had agreed taking of the deadends and light layers. My hair was completely uneven right around my head. Cunks of hair cut out. Was absolutely awful. I complained to the salon manager who demonstrated no accountability or responsibility for the state of my hair. I explained I had no trust in the professionalism of the salons capabilities and his solution was to offer a free trim. There was no apology for the upset it caused nor was I asked how I felt it could be made right. There was no refund offered - simply said these things happen. Was a terrible experience. I lost all in 4 inches of hair with the poor cut and more taken off to fix it. Service: Hairstyling

Can't speak for the bad review the lady gave below, but in terms of mens hair cuts, the geezer did a great job. Paying West end prices always worries me but the haircut I was given (trim and fade) was worth the price. Everything blended in evenly, followed request to the letter. The guy has clearly been doing men's hair for decades and it shows. Will be making it my Glasgow barber whenever I'm up and need one. Cheers Harry.

Would recommend Fusion to absolutely anyone looking for a new place to go for a trim. Always feel good after going here.

This review is from aaaaaaages ago, totally forgot to do it at the time. So, very belatedly, here is my review... Wioletta was fantastic, she really listened to what I had in mind for my total restyle, suggested a few ideas of her own, and gave me the best cut and balayage I've ever had. My hair was gorgeous. We had such a laugh too, as we have very similar senses of humour. Unfortunately I've been unable to return due to the pandemic as I live so far away, but as soon as I'm able to travel again the first thing I'll be doing is contacting Wioletta and sorting my hair out.
