Have been online training with Jordan for over 18 months now and cannot recommend enough! Has helped in so many ways changing my attitude towards 'dieting' I now know I can have that balance and have treats. His training and adjustments to home workouts oner lockdown have got me through and kept me sane! His support is amazing best any that ever given me and he adjusts everything to help you. He definitely knows his stuff! I now feel confident and can easily walk into a gym and have a focus and end goal. at new year I wanted to be able to do a pull up... a few months into that goal I could do 4-5, being able to see that progress was amazing.

I attended several of Jordan's classes at PureGym and quickly grew to appreciate his style of training and teaching as he was extremely patient and took the time to focus on each individual and their technique. Resultantly, we did 1-1 for about six months and while I have lost a significant amount of weight and body fat I have also gained so much in terms of knowledge, confidence, strength, and a new outlook on nutrition and training. I couldn't be more thankful to Jordan for everything he has done so far! I still do his group sessions 3 times a week and this has been a great form of support, particularly throughout lockdown, and connected me to other women who share similar fitness related goals.

I believe that getting a personal trainer has been the best investment that I made into myself. And I truly believe that it is because Jordan is an amazing trainer. I've learned so much already (I have been training with Jordan for 9 months now), I've gotten so much more confident in the free weights area and I've learned proper technique which makes me so much more confident and comfortable when I'm in the gym on my own. I've never imagined being able to do deadlifts or bench presses and here I am, doing it and most importantly really enjoying it! The support that Jordan provides is another factor that helped me achieve my goals while training with him. Weekly check ins have helped me with accountability, nutrition advice has always been on point. Jordan answers all my questions very thoroughly and explains why one or other approach might be better for me. I'm down 9kgs, I'm deadlifting weights heavier than I am myself, I can do press ups and now on to the pull ups! Super happy with the service!
