Club 300 Glasgow South

I've been going to Club300 for a year now. The coaches and gym environment is really welcoming and I feel so motivated to keep coming, it always gets my day off to a good start. The equipment is great quality, very clean and lots of individual support during the classes. I would recommend to anyone!

If you are looking for a friendly and supportive community then join Club 300 Glasgow South. The coaches are all really encouraging and patient and they can modify the exercises to suit all levels. Class sizes are kept small with plenty of variation so there is something for everyone. I highly recommend!

Club 300 is by far the best gym I've been a member of. I did the Body Confidence Project in January 2022 and joined just after. The classes are great, kept small and lots of variety! I come on Saturday and Sunday mornings and look forward to going all week. Previous to joining Club 300 I never felt motivated enough to go the gym at the weekend. The staff, Scott, Lucy, Alice & Phil are lovely and very supportive. They know your limits and also know when you could push yourself! I would 100% recommend Club 300 to anyone!

A friendly gym. The ratio of equipment to gym users is good.
