Booked through airbnb and had no problems. Had a comfortable twin room with en-suite shower room. Towels and toiletries were provided. There is a fully stocked kitchen with every appliance you could need. A fridge and freezer are available to store food. You can cook for yourself and there is a dining room. Tea and coffee are provided but you need to make them in the kitchen (no kettle in room). Host was friendly and helpful. Rooms are across 2 floors so if you cannot manage stairs check room availability.

Needed a place to stay while in Glasgow for a gig and Manor Park Guest House was perfect! I'd booked late on and they were really friendly and accommodating. My room was just what I needed, really clean with a comfy bed. The location was ideal, with a lot of places within walking/cheap taxi distance. All in all a great place to stay for a great price. The next time I'm staying in Glasgow, this will be the first place I try to book.
