        They never ever know any answer for simple and easy questions. If you ask them what they can help with they will tell you that you are rude and ask you to go away. I always speak politely but I expect something more than printed list of websites. I have my own printer and I can do this without them. Dear Govan Jobcentre staff, please understand that honesty doesn't mean that someone wants to be rude.
