        No accident & emergency, strange,but okay.Showing its age .Stuck in a time warp.Its a "Brave NewWorld",only the good die young;but not now,if you ain't got the money,it's you.Its an ill divided world!!!Get people with money,a tax break,to get out of,National Help Yourself Service.Give companies tax breaks,for employees;it will stop malingering,you get sent to specialist,to get fixed up.All people who enter country,legal &illegal, should have private health insurance;it is right they should burden health services, not having contributed to National Insurance system.All doctors probably got BUPA.Way to stop Doc's emigrating,reduced mortgages,when qualified,if full-time;but not if partime pin money practitioners. DR.Finlay did his fifty years ;male&female should do theirs.
