Braw Wee Emporium

I hate writing this and I never leave bad reviews if I can possibly help it, especially for a small independent business, but...I cannot stress how atrocious the experience has been with Braw Wee Emporium. A lampshade I ordered over two months ago has never appeared. Upon trying to reach out to the organisation repeatedly on various platforms, I was completely ignored aside from one email which wasn't followed up on. I am now assuming my money or product is not making its way to me and I'll have to start a lengthy chargeback process with my bank to have any hope of recouping any of the money lost. If you can possibly go anywhere else, please do - otherwise you're just throwing money away. It's not really the type of experience you hope for with an independent company, at all!

Ordered items in February.. Still not appeared. The tracking system tells nothing..the Facebook message& email give an automated message about being off social media in January...they can't even update the statuses off notifications. Very , very poor business & business / customer service. If I could give No Stars I would * updated.. missing item..refund Still very poor communication.

Ordered a print and never received it. I had to contact PayPal for a refund. No response from seller apart from an automated email from Christmas time.....in March. Don't know what's going on here, but don't waste your time with them.
