Sold earrings however earrings incomplete as they did not come with backs, as well as this earrings were bent and not up to quality. I am extremely disappointed in the customer service and will not be coming back here to purchase any jewellery any time soon.

The place is a hidden gem in the middle of the city centre.Its got a gothic/cool vibe about it.The stuff they sell is truly different from any other shop in the city and is well worth a visit.

Was in the shop today for a visit. I noticed the prices have really increased since my last visit. I was really shocked. I will be buying online for now on.

I have shopped here going way back. I used to love this shop. It was spoiled when they merged Osiris with it however the quality of stock I still shopped here. Theyve moved all crystals into locked cabinets now & anyone who knows anything about Crystal shopping know that people want to select their own the young member of staff was quite rude when I asked her to unlock the cabinet she was right on my shoulder asking what I wanted instead of just opening the cabinet & letting me freely pick what I wanted was very uncomfortable. Also this member of staff was completely lacking in knowledge when asked about something very common. Paolo santo she looked at me like I was speaking in a foreign language. A lot of the stock is over priced and can be found in actual spiritual stores. I will never be back not giving them my money.
