Poor experience all round. Went to collect parcel that had been delivered by DHL. System wasn't able to confirm identity, despite having all the relevant info. Collection code, bar code et al. Disappointingly, this store refused to accept delivery of same parcel 6 days ago, which has contributed to a further delay. Won't be using them again as they took no responsibility for the inconvenience caused. I don't recommend this store for parcel collections.
