If I could give this medical practice 0 stars then I would. It is by far the worst GP practice I have ever come across. Both doctors are completely incompetent, condescending and unwilling to listen. They can't get you out the room quick enough. Told I need to learn to listen to my body, well funny that, I am hence why I am the doctors trying to get help when I'm really unwell. Wouldn't listen to me at all, both doctors kept speaking over me during my appts. It is a highly frustrating experience trying to get help from them, they don't seem interested in actually finding the cause of symptoms, and rather pam you off with paracetamol or anti inflammatories. Things these doctors have told me which other being absolute nonsense could quite frankly be dangerous; -Diagnosed with norovirus when I clearly have all the symptoms of a kidney infection and none of norovirus. -That allergy testing isn't done unless you're at anaphylaxis stage. -Bladder issues are normal for a woman my age! I'm in my 30s and never have had kids, not someone in their 70s or not long gave birth!! -Massage doesn't help back pain! I think my massage clients who I've helped with chronic pain would argue differently. You have to push to get referrals or tests done. They could do with a course on humility and empathy and actually listening to patients. I will be changing to another practice. Do not register at this practice!!

This surgery is the worst about The doctors have no time for you and the reception staff think their more than a receptionist I was very unwel and called this surgery as I was doubled up in pain to be asked why I need to speak gp and I was spoken to like a piece of dirt from reception staff ended up in hospital as I took myself there no thanks to this surgery ..I was then told when I called back up for another issue months later they had taken me off their records and sent my records back to health board without any notification of this DONT go to this practice Im unsure where these GPS trained as they are hopless and the reception staff are poorly trained and ill mannered. Worst around !

Phoned today for advice for family member, rude, unhelpful Receptionist who when asking advice, was like getting blood from a stone, talking over conversation, interrupting & trying to rush off phone, had only been on for 90 seconds patient care has sadly diminished, working as a GP receptionist myself for 20 years, I can appreciate how stressful this job can be, but if I had spoken to patients like that years ago, your P45 would have been in your hand pronto!
