I looked through Google and read the reviews of iSafeGas. This looked too good to be true, but I thought I would give them a call to see if they could help.
I spoke with Mathew at Glasgow depot who was very informative and friendly as well as being knowledgeable about his products on offer.
He explained there would be an 80 call out fee that included 1 hour of experienced Engineers time, and if they get the Boiler going, there would be NO additional charges.
He explained they would not be able to come out when I called, but would be out the next day. I explained my Mum was 86 and had been covering herself with blankets as she was frightened to use the electric fire due to costs.
I then hung up the phone only to find 20 minutes later Mathew called me back to say due to the age of my Mum, he was going to get an Engineer out immediately, and that his name is Pat.
Pat arrived and very quickly set to work.
Pat was very professional in every way and cleaned up as he was going. He managed to get the boiler working within the allotted time of 1 hour.
Pat was also very friendly and stated the boiler would need a new automatic filter system as well as a new motor but these were not immediate.
Pat did not try to UP-SELL products of any kind and stated that Mathew would be calling me back to take the 80 from Mum's bank which he did after asking if we were satisfied with the service iSafeGas provided.
This Service and Company were totally Excellent!
I would ask that you give them a call as they are not exploiting Customers and look after them very much.
Well done to both Mathew and Pat.....1st Class Service!.
