Pure objective review 1- Highly professional engineer 2- Kept posted throughout the process 3- Job finished as planned 4- Performed all the safety checks after job and provided paperwork 5- Place was left tidy after job 6- High standard work with very reasonable money 7- Would highly recommend this gentleman Knows his job

I used SR contractors to install a new boiler in my house in pollockshields. Safdar was rude and unpleasant to deal with. He left a gas leak in our home and we had to get another contractor in to remedy his mess. Would not recommend and Im only giving one star rating because its as low as it goes. TERRIBLE!

First experience of Safdar Rehman. The 30yr old CH boiler in one of my rental flats broke down and Safdar responded to my request for help surprisingly quickly. He proved to be not only highly competent and professional but his pricing was also pleasantly reasonable. Whilst there, he also fixed a problem with a gas cooker and performed a landlord gas safety check. The jobs were quite awkward but Safdar displayed an unfazed, friendly, can do attitude which is often lacking these days. He will be my first choice gas engineer in future and thoroughly recommended. They were brilliant Our boiler broke down on one of the coldest days of the year. They came within two hours and managed to repair it so that we had heating. The boiler itself was old and needed replacement. Within a week we had a new boiler. The work they did was excellent and they themselves were very friendly and courteous and we were happy with the price they gave us.
