GT Omega

Suprised to see a fairly low rating for GT Omega here. Since the company began I've purchased three racing seats, originally a "Evo Series" seat and subsequently two "Pro XL" seats. They have all been excellent! I had a small issue with my second seat when, after owning the chair for 3 years, one of the wheels broke. Their customer support couldn't have been any more amazing. I asked if I could purchase a replacment wheel and they asked me to send them a photo of the broken wheel. When I did that, they shipped out a full set of replacment wheels even though the chair was well outside of its guaruntee period. Phenominal! Off the back of this exceptional customer service I emailed them to say thank you and told them I intended to purchase a racing cockpit from them. I got an email back offering me a discount, so I placed an order for their cockpit and floor mat. I got a reply saying they were out of stock of floor mats, so they would only charge me for the cockpit, they would send me a floor mat free of charge when they got them back in stock.... Unbelievable, but true to their word that's exactly what they did. Cannot recommend this company highly enough! Service: Chair construction & installation

I ordered a cockpit for a 4 digit Euro price which GT Omega decided to ship via UPS (so I had no choice of parcel service). Now the package is stuck within some UPS facility and UPS does not answer any of my inquiries. This whole thing has been going on for 3 weeks...sad part however is that GT Omega's customer support does not care at all - all they did was tell me that I should contact UPS. No effort at all, no grasp of customer care.

From ordering, it was clear that GT Omega were professional and meant business. Communication was excellent from the point of ordering, and when the items were posted out, you were able to track them. When I received the items everything just looked the part. Upon opening, you could see that this was quality stuff. Everything you needed was in the boxes, including the tools to build the cockpit and chair. I would HIGHLY recommend GT Omega to anyone who was considering buying a sim rig or gaming chair etc. They clearly take their work seriously. 5* Rating from me Guys
