Thank you so much for the excellent service and care received from all your staff when my mum passed away in November. Carol was so kind and understanding from the first phone call and throughout the funeral arrangements. Calum helped us through the day of the funeral and put us at ease. We'd used T & R O'Brien previously when my father passed twelve years ago. The care and compassion provided then was equalled when our mother recently passed. The entire team treated everything with care and respect making all the arrangements stress free.

I would like to thank staff for the care and sensitivity shown on the sudden death of my brother. All staff showed kindness and compassion and I cannot fault the service provided during this difficult and emotional time. Thank you all again.

My brother Andrew was cared for byT&R OBrien Maryhill road Glasgow. The two ladies who I had contact with were called Carol and Linda, they were remarkable, I felt Andrew was in very caring safe hands, they made time for me and my cousin nothing was to much trouble, they thought at first I was advised not to see Andrew, but then another lady Called Grace got involved, and together they made it possible for me to see my brother and he looked perfect, without a doubt angels without wings are these ladies, i spent as long as I wanted with him and was offered such kindness I will never forget, dont know how you ladies do what you do but thank you on behalf of myself and my family thank you for making a very sad time bearable, even to the drivers and men that brought Andrew home on his last night were so courteous , absolutely perfect. Thank you so very much Linda Carol and all that amazing caring team of people Jacqueline McCaffery
