Arrrived for funeral for grandfather at co op funeral care in Morrison street Glasgow today with my mother and we announced who we were to then be told it doesn't start till 2pm with cold unfeeling response and no offering of tea coffee etc. Treated me and my mother like dirt and coldness
Just because we are not account holders. It was my grandfather who brought me up and passed away and my mums dad, so getting there bit early should not have been an issue.
Omg I know where I will never be having my funeral when the time comes
Cold and miserable place is an understatement
