Absolutely incredible service from the genuinely caring team at Caledonia Cremation. From collection of my late husband's body to the retrieval of his ashes, everyone I spoke to and met were fantastic; thoroughly professional and kept me informed at each stage. Furthermore cost was discussed at first contact so there were no nasty surprises as I've experienced in the past. Exemplary.

What can I say...at a time when the world fell apart and my wife didn't know what ,how,who to contact Angela from Caledonia appeared.Amazing service from start to finish and we were kept informed at every step they took.So much care and thoughtfulness not only for her mum but for my wife and family....Amazing standard of service and a tree planted in my mother in law honour What a thoughtful tribute.

Everything was handled 100% efficiently and with great sensitivity. Great support and advice at a difficult time. Enabled us to handle our grief and remembrance in our own personal way, rather than being bound by convention. This social enterprise merits support. Angela and the team were incredibly understanding. The level of service was professional, personal and always timely. We were fortunate to be able to use the service out of choice rather than necessity and I'd urge as many people to support them as possible to help those less fortunate.
