Were recommended to me from a work colleague after a bad experience with another funeral director. My husband contacted Ian from the Maryhill branch who acted very quickly in dealing with my mum who sadly passed away in hospital after a long illness. They were very compasionate and caring and gave us confidence that she was being looked after. This took a lot of stress of my brother and I am so glad that we chose them.

If you want the wrong date of death on your father's coffin, to get the wrong flowers for his grave, to get the wrong date of birth on his pamphlet and to be told to come pick up his ashes when no one was there to give you them, then this is the undertaker for you. Every single thing asked and arranged for they got wrong. Save yourself the drama. I have no idea how they have such a high Google rating when they f-ed up every single thing we arranged with them. They were nice enough to deal with but completely incompetent.
