I waited 18minutes for a Vegan burger to be prepared. At 15 minutes I heard the server actually request a vegan burger. Also observed female team member shouting at other team members and customers with an aggressive tone. Very dysfunctional team and if management were on site they are clearly not effective in any way. Dietary restrictions: Vegan option selected.
