Orchard Flooring

After feathering our floor yesterday, today Scott collected his things from our living room, left, then told me over the telephone that he no longer wanted to do this job (I was upstairs unaware the whole time, door open because other workmen were around). He was very apologetic, but it would have been nice if he had been upfront about why he no longer wanted to do it or at least had the courage to explain it to my face. Yes, the screws and staples could have been done better on our ply, but I would like to think, for what we were about to pay, that he would have been more proactive about getting down to fix it. Instead, he was thoroughly uncommunicative and unhelpful. I don't normally like to leave bad reviews, but I think people deserve to know what happened to us today. We will now have our entire ground floor undone for at least two weeks now as a result, when we were so looking forward to having it ready this weekend. Thank goodness we never paid a penny, at least...

We are delighted with our stunning new Karndean flooring. We first met Scott in 2014 when he fitted Karndean in our new kitchen. We loved it! Whilst renovating our new family home we didnt hesitate to install Karndean throughout. We love this product, and we would always choose Orchard Flooring to install, Scott is honest, reliable, professional. He knows the product very well and gives excellent advice and has a superb eye for detail. His prices too are competitive and he cares about his customer and his workmanship. Having now been in our property 6months and noticed I had slightly damaged my floor when I moved a heavy piece of furniture across it, after a sinking feeling, I contacted Scott who came out, rectified it quickly and efficiently and left me feeling relieved and so delighted. Excellent first class service.

Karndean flooring for my hall and kitchen was expertly supplied and fitted by Scott Morrison. Everything was explained clearly prior to fitting.
