Brian did Karndean flooring for our kitchen. Extremely professional and hard working. This is a man who arrives on time and puts in a serious amount of effort and care into his work. He did a fantastic job and is highly recommended.

Cannot fault this service, gave advice on how to measure in the proper way so not to waste any material, came on date given at time given and work done was excellent. Flooring in my kitchen was laid in great time and to a very high standard. Will definitely use again for further flooring. 5 stars

We engaged Brian Hay from Scot flooring to lay karndean flooring throughout our bed and breakfast (2500sqm). Our floors due to the age of the house (1840's) were very uneven and presented many challenges. Brain tackled the work with vigour, imagination and an eye for detail which resulted in us now having marvelous finishes ranging from diagonals, curves, mitred borders to straight lays. The quality of Brian's work exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend him to anybody thinking of laying good laminates. A true craftsman.
