Just wanted to say thank you to Gordon and Colin over at Bell for resolving the issues I had with my house electrical system. They quickly identified what was needed to bring it back up to code. On the day nothing was too much bother including popping around to a local supplier and coming back with the necessary components. Definitely a weight of my mind so thanks again guys. Above and beyond level of service which is rare these days

When they do year maintenance check, they say I need to replace a fire detector which is broken. And they told me cost 277.5 + vat. Then I ask them why is so expensive, they say they got the product from supplier is expensive, too. They can reduce the labor cost for me to 217+ vat. I ask them to bring my broken one back to me. After that, it had no answer until now. And it is more than two weeks. I had installed and use their service for more than 5 years. I do not think it is a responsible company.

Updated the alarm system in my coffee shop with Bell. Dealt with a guy named Dean, made the whole process so easy, no jargon and he explained everything including the pricing for the maintenance over the year. Very pleased with the service he provided from start to finish, would highly recommend Dean and the work done by Bell themselves, very tidy.
