I've had issues logging in. No reply to my email, but a phone call with Jonathan resolved the issue quickly. Very helpful and patient (even when i was making silly mistakes), he went through the website options with me. So far, the process seems clear and simple. Thanks Jonathan.

Simply appalling. Currently at 6 week point in trying to access my cash. It takes an age for any response only to be met with a holding reply or another hurdle to negotiate. I should add that Im only with them due to acquisition by Scottish friendly of company I had invested in for over 25 years !

Well not much more I can say just read the other posts. Awful company, never reply to emails, 1 hour phone queue on 3 calls made so far & still no funds released.
