This is a tech office for JP Morgan Chase and not open to the general public. I see comments about from folks trying to get questions answered about JP Morgan Chase but best option would be to reach through the website. As far as the building and the office are concerned, it's an office nothing particularly exciting inside. Outside looks good :)

Tried to speak with a manager or director of the Bank as am concerned about 2 issues that their staff should be able to answer but seem unable to. Started to form the opinion that this is a scam as despite repeated polite requests, I was prevented from spealing to a manager by their Edinburgh call centre and in another call, a manager call back didn't happen. Spoke to their registered Glasgow office and was given the same lack of interest. I would advise anyone thinking of opening an account with JP Morgan Chase Bank to think carefully if this is the level of service and security to be expected.. and doubly so as this is an App only Bank.
