Adam's Diner - Pollokshields

Edit a year later: quality has gone downhill for sure. Cheeseburger was basically like something from mcdonalds. Katsu fries were average. Service was still very friendly. Wouldn't come again though. Great food, good prices and friendly service from Frankie

Adam's used to be fantastic. I've been a regular at Adam's since they opened. Clean, fresh, good portions, presented well, and the burgers were juicy - as smash burgers should be! I'm not sure what's happened, but im the past few months, Adam's has gone massively downhill - I think they've changed owners. It's clear as day they're on a huge cost-cutting exercise. Unfortunately, the quality, presentation, and consistency of their food has tanked. It's abysmal compared to what it was originally when they first opened.

Always buy the nashville chicken burger from them but this time it was disgusting. Like they didnt want to cook and just put together the leftovers. The chicken was uncooked and smelly. The coating was so hard and weirdly chewy. The smash burger smelled funny and was so dry. Money and time wasted plus the bad mood.

Adams Diner contact phone number does NOT work. So you can't call them. They don't even reply to there live chat. If something goes wrong with your order then good luck. Horrible service.
