        Went on Saturday night to get 2 milkshakes, waited in the drive thru queue for 5 minutes without moving before deciding to go inside thinking it would be quicker. Ended up waiting for 25 minutes to get the milkshakes. Loads of people complaining about slow service, cold food and missing items. Overall a disappointing experience, think we'll go somewhere else next time.
