A wonderful , uplifting Christan experience on my very first visit!! With my life at its lowest with family deaths, battle in Court over massive financial fraud on the sudden death of my. wife and a stranger to the area I was welcomed with open arms. The preaching, hymn singing and Christian welcome have given me new hope in my life. The lovely people immediately echoed the words of Jesus. ' He was s stranger, but you welcomed him in . Stephen. Loved that Church and enjoyed it to the full.Just when l was about to commit to the Church the Pastor started this habit of following me around the church like I was a criminal of some sort.also started to check me out ,like she was suspicious of something kind of like how the police treats me and other young black males.It felt really uncomfortable and was my first time to feel racism in Church.imagine that .instead of warmth and acceptance l felt judgement and rejection in that Church.This is when l realised Church is just not for me
