The worst type of customer service I have ever received by Jaz the managing director, who told me that he didnt want my "kind of business" when a parcel I ordered to try was being sent back to the supplier and the courier messed up the delivery, assuming I was independent customer and not buying on behalf of business (after being reccomend from the site itself to order one to see if it is compatible before ordering larger quantities), he then proceeded to tell me he was not going to pay his staff to chase the parcel even though DPD informed me they would be the only ones that could do a redelivery for me. Having worked in the mangment sector within retail for the last 16 years, I am absolutely appalled that this was the managing directors response. All the testimonials online are all gleaming, ironically enough they do not allow direct comments, I wonder why, absolutely appalling service.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Most horrible person to deal with and ethic of business is poor!! Jaz the managing director is so rude, we sent a email prior to delivery to advise we no longer require the goods!, once the goods were dispatched he sent a email to say there is a 10% restocking fee of a mighty hoop? Which he stocks? He then disconnected the line and decided not to answer any calls. I am a managing director of several companies and I can tell you he is totally unprofessional! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!

Poor customer service. Refused to rectify issues, even when presented with evidence of their own mistakes. Sorry, but I cannot recommend them to anyone.

Terrible customer service. Poorly managed business and late shipments and no common sense .
