        Customer service at RHA is second to none. Been using their earphones for about 5 years now and on the couple of occasions where (due to my own fault) I've had to contact them about a repair or replacement, they've been exceptional. Wouldn't even consider buying from elsewhere anymore - keep it up!

        RHA make some fantastic earphones and their customer service is equally good. I have been using RHA earphones for a few years now and the single problem that I did have (just down to general wear and tear) was resolved very quickly and easily by their customer service. I would recommend RHA to anyone.
