Excellent job carried out by the team, installing compliant smoke detectors, a new electric fire, and fitting external lighting. Can have no complaints with the quality of work, but youd expect that from a tradesman. What really impressed me was the advice the guys gave in order to pick the correct solutions, and the time they took to clean up after themselves - probably left the house tidier than when they arrived! Wouldnt hesitate to use CRM in the future. Had extension made to my home. To conform to completion certificate requirements I had to install a fan in shower room and fit heat and smoke alarms. I also had to have all new electrical work certified by qualified electrician. I contacted Craig and he visited my home and gave me a very reasonable quote for the work to be completed. He kept me informed of dates and times of his visits and arrived promptly on all occasions. The work was completed to a very high standard with the minimum of mess and disruption, he even tidied up when the work was finished! He provided me with all the certification required to satisfy the conditions set by building standards.
