Needed some re wiring done, new sockets, old wiring tidied up and new smoke alarms installed. Turns out I didnt need as much work done as thought, but they double checked what was there and did everything else required. Good quality work, friendly workers and very quick and helpful communications. Definitely recommended.

Awful. Poor installation of wall lights without necessary internal wall supports leading to hanging lights. Damage to numerous light switches. Politely enquired regarding damage to one expensive light switch and was roundly remonstrated by the boss: these things happen he said. Yes they do, but then you apologise and make good. Instead I was told - implausibly- that the person whod caused the damage had left the company the day before. So in addition to poor installation and damage, I was lied to (via an unannounced 8am home visit - which, ill and seven months pregnant at the time, was not so welcome either) :D Service: Light fixture installation

Contacted sb electrical to check an issue with sockets failure up and downstairs... ' did their best but found that some rewiring was required and an upgrade for the control panel was advised. On the two occasions they attended, the work was carried out professionally and conscientiously, keeping me informed throughout and was happy with both quotes for the work carried out. The sparkies where a good bunch and I would recommend them to anyone with similar electrical issues.
