VIP Dry Cleaning Laundry & Ironing

Took a set of curtains to get dry cleaned, when I went to pick them up they had bagged them up for me so I didn't check them there which was a mistake, I asked them if everything went ok with them and they said yes it was all fine. Got them home to find they had entirely cut out the layer of blackout lining from them. I assume it much have been damaged badly during the process but instead of telling me what happened and apologising they just pretended like everything was fine. Wish I had read previous reviews. 0/10

Great wee launderette, good machines and the dryers are good too, they don't zap your clothes like some places do. Polite staff and easy going atmosphere, handy for the Glasgow underground tube and also reasonably good for parking depending on the time of day They do pick up and delivery in Glasgow as well. Thoroughly recommend this launderette 10/10 Services: Ironing, Laundry wash & fold, Wedding gown cleaning, Laundry pick-up, Special care fabric cleaning

Curtains given for dry cleaning came out completely torn and damaged beyond repair. A payment of 80 was demanded upfront but they refused to refund the full amount for damaged item. Avoid if you can.

I am a tourist who wanted to do some laundry. I did not bring my own detergent and had to buy some. It cost 1 and looked very cheap. I tried to load the machine carefully and the lady pushed me to throw it all in. She told me to be back on time. It was literally 1:45 PM and she wanted to close at 4 PM. When I got back for the dryer, she again pushed me to throw all my stuff in which I refused. She pushed some buttons for me without asking and when I came back for the laundry it was so hot that I could barely touch it. It was still warm when I put a shirt on at 9 PM, more than 5 hours after taking it out of the machine. Not surprisingly, it had shrunk, as well as my trousers and some other shirts. I would never trust my laundry here again and would advice others to search for a different laundrette.
