        Used lanes for drains via our insurance company... Lanes for dranes service was outstanding from Danielle in the office to Alan and Sam who fixed our issue and liased with our insurance company who where useless. Great service thankd

        I was so worried about my mother's blocked drain but your employee was so amazing and hard working he managed to get everything working again. I think his name was Steve but not sure. Great service!!!

        Terrible communication. Issue not resolved first visit. 2nd visit no show. I could go on but avoid if possible.

        Have had dealings with Lane's twice over the past couple of days through insurance and the engineers on both occasions have been do nice, honest, helpful and, tidy. Perhaps I've just been lucky but would totally recommend based on my experience with Sam and Alan... If all the engineers have their qualities all I can say is brava.
