        Tried to phone for advanced appointment can't get one I have to phone on the day at a certain time to get appointment for that day this is not convenient for myself as I'm not allowed my phone during working hours.also staff don't give a dam .its all about covid well there is other illnesses other than covid .the practice manager has no interested in the patients health (ok when I'm angry I speak really loud but all you getout of them don't shout. I am sick to my stomach, been with this practice all my life its went down hill
