        Absolutely getting worse for explaining, and listening. The receptionist do not listen properly. I asked for to speak to my doctor, but they passed the conversation to a District nurse. I will be reporting this to the practice manager.

        Doctors themselves are fine but the reception staff are incompetent and incredibly rude. impossible to make a routine appointment. I'm sure it's fine if your retired or unemployed but as a working individual if you can't make an appointment it's not a practical GP surgery.
