        Seems to be a busy surgery but I've always got an appointment when I've needed one. Dr Henderson in particular is excellent.

        The receptionists and the nurses Ive dealt with are really nice, and one of their doctors, who sadly only works one day of the week is also really nice(if it were only for them it would be a 5 star) However, their full time female doctor just seems to not care for other humans.Ttheres been a few instances where she simply seemed to be in a rush to get me out and wouldnt listen, I even came with a list of symptoms which she barely looked at. I came in after severe unexplained pain that left me in bed for a week and not only she didnt seem to care, when I said Id been feeling very weak and experiencing hair loss she sighted, rolled her eyes and sent me for a blood test. I was anaemic and needed iron pills. I havent talked to all the doctors, but I also had a phone appointment with one of their male doctors who also didnt seem be bothered to do his job. Honestly, if you dont care for others people health, dont become a doctor.

        Made an appointment, came in 5 min earlier, had to wait over 1 1/2h with an impatient toddler. Apparently doctor was busy with a patient. Turns out doc was on lunch break.
