I have been in this practice all my life, I'm 51. It was always a great practice, lovely receptionists and Doctors, and practice nurse. Today was my worst experience here and probably my last as I intend to move One receptionist called Jade should not be allowed to speak to patients the way she does. I have spoken to other family members who attend this surgery and they all say the same. The one star is for Holly the receptionist who went out her way to help. Some of the doctors are good but you will have a job trying to see one.
