Desk staff... imagine angry rabid tasmanian devils that the only function is to win a head to head conflict with oncoming army. They want you to turn around and disappear away at any costs

        Always find most of the receptionists very helpful and the doctors caring and professional. Every surgery has the same practice with appointments, this is something you need to live with.
