Seriously terrible surgery. If I had the time I would have complained to the medical board for removing long term medications and refusing to treat me as an individual and said 'its practice policy not to prescribe that medication', which according to the medical board is inappropriate. Incongruous treatment for every long term health condition, refusal to listen. I approached several doctors to discuss various conditions and was repeatedly maligned. The arrogance here was exceptional and furthermore lead to a decline in mobility and increase in accidents. Absolutely shocked, when I moved practices I was told there was hoards leaving them. You cannot make an appointment with the GP which can lead to waiting the entire morning or afternoon session to be seen. Its like am alternative dimension to common sense and decency.
