        Actively the worst NHS service I've ever experienced. They just do not answer the phone. I needed an urgent appointment and they insisted on having a telephone consultation. They never called but it was impossible to get in touch with them. They then said they didn't even have a number on file for me but never thought to check this. Another round of the same today - phone consultation booked but no call, now impossible to get through on the phone. Changing GP ASAP.

        The doctors will do whatever they can to convince you there is nothing wrong with you. They do not try to alleviate your concerns and are completely unsympathetic. I understand they have an incredibly difficult job, however I feel GPs should have some compassion for their patients. The nurses are fantastic. Don't bother asking for your prescription to be sent to a different pharmacy, as no matter how many times you ask it will always be ordered at Townhead. The receptionists will tell you it's your fault too.
