Great surgery! My mums been ill and the receptionists esp annette been brilliant i cant thank her enough for her communication etc with regards to my mum arranging and contacting hospital etc for me so thankyou all.

The doctors deserve the stars and the receptionists can be polite sometimes but for a GP practice in a large area, they only have 1 line but usually have 3 receptionists. It's hard to get in contact with them.

Im just disappointed with this surgery Doctor a- I told them I have painful tonsil stones, and instead of helping me out he told me "welcome to Scotland". Doctor b- I told them I have violent mood swings, Im tired and I cry a lot. Got told "this isnt an NHS issue" and that I call too much. Doctor c- Told me I cant have ADHD because I didnt fight people in school. Shame they are not educated enough to know that girls with ADHD are often inattentive and its a legitimate thing. I was later put on the waiting list and Im currently waiting for an appointment because the clinic I was referred to by someone else believes I have a high chance of having ADHD. Nurse- Complained I gained weight after starting a new contraceptive. I dont remember which doctor told me this but when I suggested I may be allergic to an animal I was told to to go a friends house (mid pandemic mind you) to expose myself and see if I react. New doctor- Literally the best doctor Ive ever had. Though I worry theyll start hating their job like the rest of the people working there.
