        Always been able to get an appointment, and have spoken to many doctors over the years and have felt the standard of care was high across the board.

        Its impossible to get to speak to anyone in the first place. Lines are always busy and even if you go in and make an appointment in person you will be told that firstly you get a phone call between 9-12 or afternoon but not set time. If you miss their phone call that is it. I got so tired of trying to get an appointment again that I am definitely going to change my GP this week. I also noticed another patient so frustrated with them while I was awaiting to speak to the receptionist. Just before covid times drop in waiting time was up to 2 hours. And there was no chance that you would get seen before 90 minutes minimum. The waiting are used to be packed with people sick and coughing. When I say packed believe me minimum 20 people in a small room. I usually never leave a bad review but we are all fed up as a family. Not happy at all !!!

        Ive never had a problem with booking an appointment at Dr Kennedys. The receptionists are always lovely on the phone. Any questions or queries I have the receptionists and drs alike are always happy to help
