Have been with this surgery for 4 years after moving to this area, in the beginning the surgery was great friendly Drs and reception team. As the years have gone on and esp since Covid trying to see a Dr is near impossible I got really sick and ended up in A&E as Drs couldnt see me app no apps for weeks and I took a bad flare up. The receptionist team on the phone are rude, think they know it all would like to know since when do they have a medical degree to tell u about ur health? Also depending on which one u get it can mean u dont get to speak with a GP. My husband called with an enquiry of his life meds last week the receptionist was so rude slammed the phone down on him and had also told him he "Sounded fine"? I didnt realise the reception staff are qualified GP's and can tell u ur ok over the phone? As soon as 2023 comes we will be looking to move GP surgeries and will be making a formal complaint about the surgery to the NHS ombusman. Avoid at all costs will make u ill just being with this surgery...also makes me laugh say there is no apps but everytime u pass the reception is empty no one in there. Would give 0 stars if that was a choice.

I would give zero stars if possible. After being ran around on which paper work and if Im temp or permanent all to get a Covid booster. Finally to be told by a rude receptionist (seems others on here have encountered her) that the doctor said if I only wanted to be registered to get a Covid booster then no! Seems to me any medical professional would be happy to have this done to ensure those in this country are vaccinated completely. Thank goodness for Scottish Ambulance Service, Glasgow Club and nhsinform.Scot they were caring, professional and helpful something that Yoker Medical Center is not.

Not very good experience. The telephone system is truly a disgrace. To book an appointment you need to wake up 8:30 and wait for 45 mins to 1 hour on the phone. Rude approach from receptionists who most of the time believe that they own the place. The GP tries to do a prognosis on the phone and guess what may be wrong with you. Treat patients like they are illiterate children most of the time. Not respect to humanity anymore. The NHS is broken and is killing people nowadays. Shame. It is more preferable living in a 3rd and 2nd world country where the medical treatment can be received anytime needed without a hassle than living in the United Kingdom. Feeling truly afraid if something happens medically and there is no one to turn to because NHS and staff does not genuinely care. Broken system. Broken humanity. Not feeling upset or anything, but genuinely feeling disappointed and desperate
