        This is service is a bloody disgrace. Dr R Bhatti is very arrogant. Because my girlfriend couldn't answer a call she refused her to see the physician! Unbelievable and will be taking this further.

        Raheela is great doctor, the system used by centre is terrible.Things need to change. Waiting 2 weeks is just not on.

        Always helpful, Dr Bhatti really knows her stuff. But this new appointment system is poor to say the least, instead of making an appointment to see or speak to the doctor you have to talk to the Receptionist whom then passes the information to the doctor who then will decide weather it warents a call back, I got a call back from the Receptionist whom then told me what the doctor advised, definitely not very confidential, pointless actually.

        I had a great experience with dr bhatti and the receptionist team. My 6 week old was feeling poorly and they seen him on the same day even though his symptoms werent overly concerning. The receptionist team were really friendly and welcoming. Dr bhatti also made me feel really comfortable and she was great with my son. He turned out to be completely fine but she never made me feel stupid for being an overly concerned parent. Im so glad to have joined this practise. I would definitely recommend.
