I'm trying to make an appointment. I'm deaf in one ear & the good one has an infection, so hearing is blocked & I can't wear my hearing aid. Told to book by phone after 8.30, tried to book online, impossible. I live on my own & it's doubtful that I will be able to hear if I get an appointment.
