I can't say that these are the worst GP, because I haven't met any good hospitals here yet. I have had the experience of interacting with this GP several times and try to avoid any interaction with British medicine at all. And requesting a translator is impossible. The instructions on how to order an interpreter are constantly changing, as a result, I had to call directly, and after asking about an interpreter, the woman on the other side explained something to me in English for a long time. From the whole stream of words, I understood only "I can't help you."

Have always had a really good experience with this practice and both my daughter and I have been well looked after by receptionists, nurses & GPs within the practice. Very easy to make appointments and staff are always lovely.

Disgusting experience because the doctor is a racist! I had indicated at the time of the appointment that I might need an interpreter, because seeing a doctor involved some medical terminology and I was worried that my expressions might not be accurate. However, when I entered the consultation room, the doctor rolled my eyes and asked me why I needed an interpreter, and asked me how I could study in the UK with my poor English. This is very absurd and ridiculous. Firstly it is my freedom to find a interpreter and secondly I also believe that you cannot express perfectly in all areas of English. I think based on her words, people whose first language is not English are not worthy to register with GP here.
