The practice has plummeted downhill rapidly,I'm not waste my breath regarding reception staff giving contradicting advice. Shambles.

Not good since after covid...seeing doctor is impossible, only phone calls.....Easier to see a doctor in third world countries .....what a joke of NHS Scotland.... First time I really required medical assistance, in over 50 years!! Paid my taxes for so long and for this?? only offered a phone call, no real help given. Its like they don't even care.

Reception staff are rude, arrogant and a disgrace. It's such a shame because the GPS are great and these lot just let the whole practice down. Practice manager needs to recruit better, that old craggy blonde who has been there for a while also needs to get a non customer facing job.

I was advised by my DIL who is a local medical Consultant to visit you on the 28th Dec. I had arrived for an overnight stay the ev before with a bad case of cystitis, bad pains in my back and bleeding.Your receptionist was so, so rude and incorrect. She told me I needed to see a Dr in my son's area. (He lives on the border, just in GA14) but his doctor, whom your receptionist said I should be treated, was fully booked. I had previously phoned 111 over the Christmas period (Twice) to be told that they would phone back within 3 hrs. Twice they didn't respond. I am going to take my complaint further, as I don't want anyone else with a kidney infection (as well as Cystitis) go through the increased pain and lots of indignity your receptionist caused by lack of action. It would have taken a few minutes to complete a temporary visitors registration. I believe your Practice Manager is on holiday but I will contact her in the first place before escalating it further.
